Lactoral has the following three major actions.
(1) Glucogenic Precursor: Lactoral Vet is basically a glucogenic precursor. Glucogenic precursors are elements that promote formation of blood glucose and instantly elevate glucose level. Lactoral Vet elevates the blood glucose instantly. Lactoral Vet is fortified with Chromium that facilitates insulin, and thus it helps in the uptake of blood glucose into the body cells and tissues. Vitamin B12 in Lactoral Vet is an another ingredient that helps in this process of glucogenesis.
(2) Anabolic Booster: Lactoral Vet is also an Anabolic Booster. Anabolism is the process that allows the animal body to grow new cells and formation of new tissues. Lactoral Vet contains Biotin. Biotin is an anabolic booster. Supplemental dietary biotin alters ruminal metabolism and results in increased propionate production which in turn increases glucose production by the animal.
(3) Antilipolytic Factor: Lactoral Vet contains Niacin. Niacin is an antilypolytic factor, which prevents break down of fat that leads to Ketogenesis.
– Mainly indicated in Ketosis, to elevate the glucose level.
– Oral administration of Lactoral Vet quickly acts as glucose supplement.
– Repeated parenteral administration in Veterinary treatment is difficult and Lactoral Vet can be administered even by dairy farmers.
