Nimvel Plus Injection is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) of the oxicam class. Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs have the potential to relieve pain and inflammation without the various potential metabolic, hemodynamic, and immunosuppressive adverse side effects associated with corticosteroids.
The mode of action is by inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis, thereby exerting anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties. Nimesulide is known to have an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. Paracetamol acts as a mild analgesic and antipyretic (fever reducer). Together, it functions effectively and speeds up healing.

Indications
Nimvel Plus treats both acute and chronic inflammation. We can use this combination in:
– Acute & Chronic Respiratory Diseases along with Antibiotics
– To reduce swelling in Mastitis along with Antibiotics
– In Arthritis and body pain
– To reduce Fever (High temperature) due to bacterial, viral and protozoal infections.
Administration & Dosage
For IM use only
Large Animals: 5 – 10 mg per kg body weight.
(1 ml per 25 Kg body weight)
For 400 Kg Animal: 15 – 20 ml
Goats: 3- 5 ml
Dogs: 1 – 3 ml
